General Usage & Limits
What are the submission limits per plan?
Starter accounts include 500 monthly submissions. Growth plans scale to 5,000 submissions, and Enterprise teams unlock unlimited submissions with priority processing. Overages are never charged; your form simply pauses until the next billing cycle.
Can I export my collected data?
Yes. All plans support CSV and JSON exports directly from the dashboard. Growth and Enterprise users can also connect to Google Sheets, Airtable, or export via our REST API with full field mapping.
How many form branches can I create?
You can build up to 15 conditional logic branches on the Starter plan. Growth plans support up to 50 branches per form, while Enterprise removes branch limits entirely and adds matrix validation rules.
Billing & Subscription
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Switching from monthly to annual billing applies a 20% discount to all standard plans. The prorated difference is credited to your account immediately upon upgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and wire transfers for Enterprise contracts. Invoices are issued automatically on the 1st of each billing cycle.
Can I downgrade or cancel mid-cycle?
Absolutely. You can downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. Your current plan remains active until the end of your paid period. No hidden fees or cancellation penalties apply.
Technical & Integrations
How do I embed a form on my website?
FormFlow provides a lightweight iframe script and a dedicated React/Vue component. Simply copy the embed code from the form settings panel and paste it into your site’s HTML or CMS block. The script loads asynchronously to avoid blocking page renders.
Which third-party apps integrate natively?
We maintain direct sync integrations with Slack, Zapier, Make, Stripe, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Webhook endpoints are available on all plans for custom routing to internal systems.
Is my form data encrypted and GDPR compliant?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). FormFlow is fully GDPR and CCPA compliant. We provide built-in data retention controls, right-to-erasure workflows, and DPA templates for Enterprise clients.
